• Gratings (press-welded and full pressed): Gratings for their good mechanical and technical characteristics, are widely used in the service industry sites (chemical, oil, energy and other industries), roads, bridges and shipbuilding, as well as adequate as decorative facade elements.
Gratings applications: • Platforms installations • Service stairs and staircases • Facade • For scaffolds
Main properties of the gratings: • High resistance to deflection • Wide range of considered load • Light weight • Easy and fats montage • Universal application • Longevity • Particularly good drainage properties, it prevents ice formation at low temperatures. Mentioned products are produce according DIN24537 standard, hot deep galvanize according EN ISO 1461, this ensure high performance in aggressive environments. Gratings can be painted according Client requirements.
Grating types: • Press-welded gratings according standard DIN24537.
Press-welded gratings are produced of load bearing bar with various dimensions and socially prepared interconnecting rods called transverse bars. Transverse bars are resistance welded to the load bearing bar creating a very stable and repeatable product protecting the grating against damage during its usage. The products of the welding process are standard 6050x1000mm or 6100x1000mm panels. During further processing, the panels are cut to specified dimensions (gratings), framed and protected against corrosion (hot deep galvanize or painting). Gratings can be produced from carbon (S235JR) stainless (AISI 304 or AISI 316) steel.
Press-welded grating types: • Standard press-welded gratings.
• Press-welded serrated gratings.
• Press-welded ((standard or serrated) gratings with additional round bar or additional bar with mesh, which makes smaller size of gratings mesh. These gratings are very popular in industrial projects.
Size of mesh press-welded gratings:
Maximum length of the gratings L= 6050 or 6100mm Maximum width B= 1000mm Gratings can be produced according to Client drawings.
Marking values: a – load bearing bar pitch b – transverse bar pitch * – dimension through the center line (mm) h – load bearing bar height g – load bearing bar thickness B – grating width L – grating length – bearing bar direction marking
Transverse bar types: • Square bar 5mm or 6mm.
• Round bar Ø 4,8mm or Ø 5,8mm
• Round grooved bar Ø 4,8mm or Ø 5,8mm
Types of load bearings bars:
• Full pressed gratings according standard DIN24537 These gratings are produce by combining load bearing bars with transverse bars made of flats. The production process involves pressing the transverse bars into a previously cut loading bars under a high pressure (1650 kN).
Full-pressed grating types: • Standard full-pressed gratings.
• Full-pressed serrated gratings. These gratings can be serrated with both (load and transverse) flat bars or only one load bearing bar.
Full-pressed grating size of the mesh:
Maximum length of the gratings L= 3000mm Maximum width of the gratings B= 1700mm Gratings can be produced according to Client drawings. Marking values: a – load bearing bar pitch b – transverse bar pitch * – dimension through the center line (mm) h – load bearing bar height g – load bearing bar thickness B – grating width L – grating length – bearing bar direction marking
Dimension of load bearing and transverse flat bars:
